This site is not an offer of insurance
Everything here is general information about coverage we can help you shop for. It is not an offer to insure, not a binder, and not advice about your particular situation. No coverage exists until a carrier has accepted the risk and issued a policy, and until then nothing on this site obliges anyone to pay a claim.
Coverage descriptions are summaries
The coverage descriptions on this site are shortened on purpose so they can be read. Actual terms, limits, deductibles, conditions and exclusions are set by the policy form the carrier issues, and that document controls wherever it differs from anything written here.
Licensing
BlueNova Insurance Agency is licensed to transact insurance in the State of Texas and may hold licences in other states. We are an independent agency, not an insurance carrier. We are paid commission by the carriers whose policies we place; we will tell you how we are compensated on any policy if you ask.
Quotes
Quoted premiums depend on information you give us and on underwriting review by the carrier. They can change or be withdrawn once verified information — motor vehicle records, loss history, property inspections — comes back different from what was reported.
Using the site
Use it for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to break it, scrape it at volume, or submit false information through its forms. The text, layout and graphics on this site belong to BlueNova Insurance Agency; the BlueNova name and star mark are our trademarks.

Where we link to a carrier or another third party, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
Limits on liability
This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, BlueNova is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits any obligation we owe you under Texas insurance law or under a policy we have placed for you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Harris County, Texas have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
